    I have been attending Michelle's Pilates for over 8 years now and every week is different with a mix of mat work and equipment so it's never boring or repetitive. The exercises are structured to build on previous skills which has resulted in my ability improving slowly over time. I am truly not one of the most co-ordinated humans on the planet yet was never made to feel that way. The instructors always factor in existing injuries and provide alternative exercises for those who may not be able to do particular things. I cannot recommend these classes highly enough, they are conducted in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere - all that and a view :)

    I love Michelle's Pilates Place. Both Simon and Michelle offer a variety of classes which suits me perfectly. I like the flexibility of being able to attend any class and being able to make up classes if I'm away or sick. Both Michelle and Simon offer clear instructions and continue to amend any technique that I might get wrong. This personal attention is a feature in each class. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and venues of each class and always feel great after each workout.I would highly recommend Michelle's Pilates Place.
